When you register, we collect your full name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password in readable form). When you place an order, we collect the device IMEI, the service requested, and your bank transaction reference number for verification purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to operate your account, process your orders, communicate with you about order status through our on-site Support system, and confirm wallet fund top-ups. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Information
We never collect or store your banking passwords, card numbers, or PINs. You transfer funds directly through your own bank's app or website, and only submit a transaction reference number to us as proof of payment.
4. Data Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (BCRYPT) and cannot be reversed even by us. Access to the Admin Panel, where order and customer details are visible, is restricted to authorized administrator accounts only.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and order history for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to resolve disputes, provide support, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Your Rights
You may contact us at any time to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to request that your account be closed and your personal information deleted, subject to any records we are required to keep for legal or financial reasons.
